Care & Maintenance

Woolen Puffs Care

  1. Vacuum regularly using low suction and without a rotating brush.
  2. Some shedding is natural and will gradually decrease over time.
  3. In case of liquid spills, blot immediately with white absorbent paper—do not rub.
  4. For difficult stains, use a mild wool-safe detergent diluted with water and gently clean the affected area. Professional cleaning is recommended for deeper stains.
  5. Avoid soaking, machine washing, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture.
  6. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading or damage.
  7. Rotate occasionally to ensure even wear and reshape gently when needed.
  8. Do not sit or stand on the puff with sharp objects, wet clothing, or heavily soiled footwear.
